Trying to figure out how to use the Publish to Facebook plug-in

In the interest of trying to use some of the things that I’ve been hearing about – in the topic of SEO and SERP and all of that stuff, I loaded a plug-in to my blog called Publish to Facebook. I am having trouble activating it. I have provided all of the requested information but I keep getting an error message. All of the tutorials I’ve looked through are outdated and are not offering me the help I need. This is frustrating. If any of you folks out there reading this know of a way to get the plug-in to work, or if you know that the plug-in is non-functional, I’d appreciate it if you would drop me a note and let me know what you know about it!

Now it is Facebook’s turn

A few days ago I wrote that I was participating in something that was called a Twitter and Facebook blast. I had no real idea how it worked, but a friend of mine suggested that I participate, telling me that it might help me in a variety of ways. Part of this was supposed to be about learning more about SEO and Social Marketing. And I went into this thing with the thought in the back of my head that if I were to participate in this type of activity with a website that already had page rank, that I might actually lose the page rank! So I decided to go ahead and experiment with this blog because it is already a page rank 0.

I have actually reaped some unexpected benefits here – I am being “friended” and “followed” and “liked” by other people who are bloggers, and I get to se their bios – and I am actually making REAL contacts with REAL people, and exchanging information and tips and I am finding this to be much more valuable than I expected it to be!

A Twitter and Facebook Amazon Blast

Recently a fellow blogger told me that one good way to increase your presence on the Internet is by participating in something that she called a “hop” or a “blast.” I had never heard of those terms before, but within a few days I found a site that was offering a Twitter and Facebook “Blast.” So I thought I’d check it out and give it a try. It was cheap enough and it might actually provide some value for me – if not by improved Klout, then at least in experience. After all, this blog is a very large experiment, so what do I have to lose? So here we go, with the required elements of my post for the Blast!
